How to make an appointment
To book a treatment or to enquire about our Pest Control Contracts

Cancelling and Rearranging bookings
Please give one full working days' notice if you need to make a cancellation or a rearrangement as charges may apply. Please read Terms and Conditions for futher information, applicable from 1st April 2022. These apply to both residential customers and business customers (excluding contract customers).
In circumstances where a pest control visit is cancelled less than 24hrs before the appointment, or we find that nobody is home, this constitutes an aborted visit.
Please bear in mind our opening times when notifying us so as not to incur a charge.

Answers to appointment queries
A1. 1 We require one full working days’ notice to rearrange or cancel a booking, without incurring a charge. Please read our Terms and Conditions document for further details on cancellations and charges. Please telephone us on 01225 396007
A2. 1 Opening times are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Wednesday between 9.30am and 5.00pm, Fridays between 8.30am and 4.30pm. Please note, we do not work at weekends or public holidays.
A3. 1 No, we do not offer a weekend service for appointments or for making/cancelling appointments.
A4. 1 Yes, a responsible adult must be in attendance when we visit as we use poisons.
A5. 1 This will depend on where the property is. We cover certain areas on specified days and times of day. We are not able to be flexible with these times.
A6. 1 If it is a morning appointment visits will be between 9.30am and 1.00pm, if it is an afternoon appointment, it will be between 12.30pm and 4.00pm.
A7. 1 Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a time. This is dictated by the officers other jobs that day and the situation when he calls to each visit.
Answers to payment and cost queries
A1. 2 If you are a Resident or Business within the Bath and North East Somerset Area you may use our service.

A4. 2 Please provide a letter to show that you are currently receiving the specified benefit with your current name and address on to show the pest control officer when they arrive.

A6. 2 If you are unable to pay over the phone, then you can make a booking at one of the One Stop Shops in Bath, Riverside or Midsomer Norton. You will then be able to pay by card, cash or cheque. Payments must be received in advance of the appointment.
