Pest Identification Service

We also offer a Free Pest identification Service. If you are unsure of the pest you may have, you may bring a sample to one of the One Stop Shops in Bath, Midsomer Norton or Keynsham. They will arrange for a Pest Control Officer to collect the sample, then once analysed, they will contact you. You should hear from them within 5 working days.

Samples must be put in an air tight container such as an empty jam jar with your contact details and any further information.

For those who believe that they have Bed Bugs, it is essential that before an appointment is made, the customer brings in a sample and has the pest confirmed.
