Report a problem with a public right of way

Use this page to report a problem with a public footpath, bridleway or byway.

Before you report a problem with a right of way, you will need the following information:

  • The type of problem you are reporting
  • A detailed description of the location you are reporting which may include:
    • what3words
    • path name
    • nearest address/road name
    • grid reference
    • visible landmarks
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
