PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1925 SECTION 18
NAMING OF NEW STREETS IN KEYNSHAM ORDER (No. 1) 2025
1. Bath & North East Somerset Council is the Street Naming Authority for the Parish of Keynsham.
2. The Council has given public notice on site in accordance with Section 18 Public Health Act 1925 of its intention to name ten new streets.
3. No objections were deposited at Bath Magistrates’ Court in response to the site notice within the prescribed time.
4. The Council therefore declares that the streets marked on the attached plan are named:
BRASSWORKS ROAD, CRUCIBLE SQUARE, MOULDERS DRIVE,
SMELTER WAY, HAMMERMILL DRIVE, ANVIL CLOSE, FAIRFIELD WAY,
LATHE ROAD, RIVET WALK and ROLLINGMILL GARDENS
5. This order will come into force on the date below.
