To prepare for flooding, you can nominate a Local Flood Representative to work with our Drainage and Flooding team. The Representative must be nominated by a Parish Council, Bath Residents' Association Group or Bath Ward.
The representative will need to gather information about drainage issues and pass this on to our Drainage and Flooding team. Issues to report include:
The position is not a flood emergency role. A Representative will report ongoing local land drainage and flooding issues so we can identify solutions and improvements.
The Representative does not need to have knowledge of drainage or flooding, and does not need to be connected with the Council in any way.
