If you've received a penalty charge notice (PCN) for a moving traffic contravention, you can pay it in a number of ways.

To pay a moving traffic fine, you will need:
- the penalty charge notice (PCN) number (for example, BN12345678)
- your vehicle registration number

By phone
Pay your parking fine by calling our automated payments line on 0300 456 0632. Lines are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can make payments with a debit or credit card.
Calls to this number cost 3p per minute plus your telephone provider's access charge.
By post
Send us a cheque
Please make cheques payable to B&NES Council. Clearly write your name, address and penalty charge notice (PCN) number on the back of it.
Send your cheque to Parking Services, Bath & North East Somerset Council, PO Box 5197, Bath BA1 0UF.
We cannot accept post-dated cheques and we do not send receipts for cheque payments.
