NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Section 4(1) of the Regulations that an application has been received for the following premises to be licensed for the solemnisation of Marriages and Civil Partnerships

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Old Midford Road, Midford, Bath from its junction with Tucking Mill Lane extending south east to a point just before Midford Valley Riding Stables. Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Milk Street, City Centre, Bath from its junction with James Street West extending south for approximately 22 metres. Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Gladstone Road, Combe Down, Bath from a point outside the property known as Trelawny, 27 Gladstone Road extending south east to a point outside the property known as Gladstone House, 24 Gladstone Road. Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Church Lane, Freshford from its junction with Crowe Lane extending north west for approximately 30 metres to its boundary with Wiltshire Council.
