Central Bath collection windows
In central Bath, there are time restrictions on bagged waste and recycling collections. All waste and recycling presented in bags or sacks must adhere to the following collection windows:
| Morning | 7.30am to 10am |
| Evening | 6pm to 8.30pm |
If your waste and recycling is left out outside of these windows, you may receive a fine.
Please liaise with your chosen collection contractor to understand their collection requirements within the permitted windows.
Council business waste collections
If you are a Council business waste customer, please note that we require you to present your containers by 7:30am- 8am for the morning collection and at 6pm in the evening.

Avoid a fine
Warning Only leave business waste out on agreed collection days and times with your collection provider. If your waste is not collected for any reason, please bring it back in from the road or pavement. We can fine you £110 for leaving out business waste or recycling, even if you aren't using a council collection service.
