People in B&NES who are over 18 can use our secure Adult Social Care Portal to request support, advice or information. The portal allows you to contact Adult Social Care online and submit a self-referral for support.
Who can use this service
You can use the portal if you are:
- an adult who may need care and support
- a carer looking for support
- a young person preparing to move into adult services

Create a portal account
You need to register before you can use the portal.
To create an account you will need:
- your name
- an email address
- a password that meets the security requirements
After registering, you will receive a verification code by email.
