About Energy in Your Community
Energy in Your Community helps local people explore and develop renewable energy projects, like wind turbines or solar farms (depending on what is suitable in your area), that bring direct benefits to their communities. This is part of the Community Energy Network, a partnership project supported by Bath and North East Somerset Council, Bath & West Community Energy, the Centre for Sustainable Energy and the University of Bath. The aim is to support the development of 5MW of community-owned renewable generation across the Bath and North East Somerset area by 2030.
