Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES) Council are putting together a district tree and woodland strategy. There is a lot of interest currently in the vital role trees and woodlands can play in supporting climate change adaptation and mitigation, contributing to nature recovery and increasing farm resilience.
We want to offer the farming community an opportunity to feed into this landscape scale tree and woodland strategy. We also want to gather information around on-farm trees and woodland and gauge interest, barriers and opportunities to tree and woodland management and new planting.
