Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 16a of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order to the effect of which will be to close temporarily to vehicles the length of
Church Road, Whitchurch from its junction with Bristol Road extending west to a point outside number 20 Church Road.
This order is required in order to prevent obstruction during the community celebration of the Whitchurch Village Christmas Lights Switch On and will be operative on Friday 5th December 2025, between 18:00 - 20:00 hours.
