Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 16a of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to close temporarily to vehicles the entire length of Denny Lane, Chew Magna from its junction with Walley Lane to its junction with Moorledge Road. The order is required to facilitate the holding of Valley Fest 2026 from 12:00hrs on Thursday 30th July 2026 until 12:00hrs on Monday 3rd August 2026 and will only be in operation when signs are in place.
