Notice is hereby given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 16A and 22C and 22D of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and upon the recommendation of the Chief Officer of Police for the area that for the purposes relating to the likelihood of danger to the public or serious damage to the roads, has made an order the effect of which will be to:-

 

  1. close temporarily to vehicles the roads and lengths of roads specified in Column 1 and 2 in Schedule 1 of this notice;

  2. close temporarily to pedestrians the footpaths and lengths of footpaths specified in Column 1 and 2 in Schedule 1 of this notice;

  3. introduce temporarily no parking and no waiting at any time restrictions, including for Blue Badge holders, on the roads and lengths of roads specified in Column 1 and 2 in Schedule 2 of this notice;

  4. close the roads/footpaths specified in Column 1 and 2 in Schedule 1 of this notice, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or any part thereof between the 12th June - 15th June 2025 inclusive, on the instruction of the Chief of Police or their officer with delegated authority, should there be intelligence which indicates an increased threat level and/or concerns in relation to high levels of footfall.

 

The order is required to facilitate the holding of the Robbie Williams Live at The Royal Crescent 2025 and is operative from 6th June 2025 at the dates and times specified in Column 3 of the Schedules below.
