Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Elmhurst Estate, Batheaston, Bath from a point outside 43 Elmhurst Estate extending south to a point outside 34 Elmhurst Estate (at the end of the cul-de-sac). USRN: 47904427.
The order is required to prevent obstruction during a community Street Party on Elmhurst Estate, Batheaston, Bath between 11:00hrs – 20:00hrs on Saturday 18th July 2026.
