Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Devonshire Buildings, Bear Flat, Bath from a point outside 30 Devonshire Buildings extending east to a point outside 51 Devonshire Buildings. The order is required to prevent obstruction during the celebrations of a Community Street Party on Devonshire Buildings, Bear Flat, Bath between 10:00hrs - 17:00hrs on Saturday 30th August 2025.
