Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Beechen Cliff Road, Bear Flat, Bath from a point outside 1 Beechen Cliff Villas extending east for its entire length. USRN: 47900129.
The order is required to prevent obstruction during a community Street Party on Beechen Cliff Road, Bear Flat, Bath between 08:00hrs to 23:59hrs on Saturday 6th June 2026.
