Want to try something completely different in the new year? Why not come along and have a go at Morris Dancing.
You’d be joining a small local side, Mr Wilkins Shilling North-West clog Morris, but by doing that you’d belong to a huge family of traditional Morris Dancers providing live entertainment all over the UK.
You’d be welcomed and would have great fun while also keeping our traditional UK heritage alive and kicking!
In 2025 we danced in Bath, Swanage, Lacock, Prior Park, Dyrham Park, Downton, Bradford-on-Avon, Rhode, Doynton, Wick and Exmouth. Next year we’re looking at bookings further afield.
We practice at Bathampton Village hall most Thursdays from 8pm to 9pm for beginners or 8pm to 10pm for more experienced dancers. No previous experience needed. We’re a mixed side welcoming all adults – we’d love to see you in 2026.
Membership is FREE for your first year and Discovery Card holders get 15% of their second year.
Current full price annual membership is £35. Just show your card to our secretary or treasurer on your first night. You can’t beat that for good-value workouts.
