We are inviting you to comment on our draft Somer Valley Enterprise Zone proposal to secure a Local Development Order. We welcome your input on the scheme.

We are asking for your comments on our current project Masterplan, visualisation of the completed site and project overview documents.
Whose views are we seeking?
We are inviting residents, business owners, developers, built environment professionals and any other interested parties to give us their views on our plans.
How to respond to the consultation
You can submit your comments online or by post. The online process is easier and quicker, and means that you will get an instant confirmation that we have received your comment.

Completing our online form should take no more than around 10 minutes of your time.

What happens next
After the consultation has closed, we'll publish a feedback report on our website.
There will be a formal consultation in the spring of 2022, prior to the adoption of the LDO.
