We are running a survey to help us develop a dementia strategy for B&NES, which can be used across the local authority, health, and voluntary sector partners.
Who we are asking and why
We want to hear from people who are living with dementia, as well as those caring for them.
By filling out this survey, you’ll help us understand what your experience is of the health and social care services available, so we can make sure our services develop and work together.
How to respond
You can respond to the survey online using the links below. There is a survey for people living with dementia and one for those caring for them. We have also made an Easy-Read version of the survey.
The survey closes at 5pm on Thursday 30 April 2026.
