Naming of streets in Midsomer Norton - Primrose Way/Larkspur Close Notice is hereby given that on or after 26 August 2024, Bath and North East Somerset Council will make an order (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Order’) under Section 18 of the Public Health Act 1925. The effect of the Order will be to name the streets indicated on the attached plan PRIMROSE WAY and LARKSPUR CLOSE. Any person aggrieved by the intended order may within 21 days after the date of this notice appeal to Bath and Wansdyke Magistrates’ Court at North Parade Road, Bath, BA1 5AF. The Council has given public notice on site in accordance with Section 18 Public Health Act 1925 of its intention to name a new street. Re-naming of a Street in Batheaston Order (No. 1) 2024 Bath & North East Somerset Council is the Street Naming Authority for the Parish of Batheaston. The Council has given public notice on site in accordance with Section 18 Public Health Act 1925 of its intention to re-name the street currently named Victory Close. No objections were deposited at Bath Magistrates' Court in response to the site notice within the prescribed time. Undertaking given to B&NES Council by Mark Richards, T/A Unique Design and Build SW I, Mark Richards, of Heavitree, Exeter, admit to failing to provide the consumer with a written cancellation notice, falsely claiming on my website that I was a member of the Federation of Master Builders, writing my own 5* review on my Facebook page for Unique design and build SW, requesting by text and taking payments the consumers roof namely £2200 and failing to carry out any roofing work, failing to tell the consumers that you couldn't complete the build for £23,000 until the consumer had paid you nearly the full amount namely £20,800, walking off site leaving much work left incom	Trading Standards undertaking
