Civil Partnership Act 2004 – Section 6(3A)(a)
APPROVAL OF PREMISES AS VENUE FOR MARRIAGES UNDER SECTION 26(1)(bb) OF THE MARRIAGE ACT 1949 AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS UNDER SECTION 6(3A)(a) OF THE CIVIL PARTNERSHIP ACT 2004
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Section 4(1) of the Regulations that an application has been received for the following premises to be licensed for the solemnisation of Marriages and Civil Partnerships
Premise: The Old Mill, Tollbridge Road, Bath BA1 7DE
Applicant: Raouf Meshreky
The application and accompanying plans can be inspected at the main reception desk at The Guildhall, High Street, Bath during normal office hours (8.30am-4.45 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am-4.30 pm Friday).
Any person may give notice in writing to the offices specified below of an objection to the grant of approval, with reasons for the objection, within twenty-one days from the date on which this public notice has been published.
