Parking charge consultations 2025
Have your say on updates to parking permits and charges, including on-street parking permits
We are inviting you to take part in two consultations on proposals, including changes to charging, that might impact you.
We have summarised our proposals in this news release.
The changes included in both consultations will impact:
- Any on-street permit holders (e.g. residents, businesses, visitors etc)
- Users of Bath Hill East Car Park
- People who use our Park & Ride who park without using the bus service

These consultations run until 5pm on Friday 7 November.
Car parks

There are eight council-run car parks in Keynsham:
- Ashton Way
- Ashton Way East
- Bath Hill East
- Civic Centre
- Fox and Hounds
- The Labbott South
- The Labbott North
- Station Road
On-street parking
There is no on-street parking in Keynsham which requires Pay and Display payment. You can park on the road where it is safe to do so, but you must observe any restrictions marked, including yellow lines.
