Bath, BA2 8LS		B&NES Council has received an expression of interest from Shoscombe Community Benefity Society to bid for the purchase of the pub. The date that the full moratorium will be completed will be midnight on 3 September 2026. Once we arrive at this date, the owner will be free to choose how they wish to proceed.
