A newly launched annual awards scheme, provided by the Freelands Foundation, that is designed to champion and celebrate UK visual art organisations’ commitment to art education.
Every year, 3 winning organisations will each receive £100,000 for a recent or ongoing project demonstrating commitment to progressive art education approaches with a demonstrable impact.
To be eligible, organisations must be UK-based, have a charitable purpose and demonstrate programming that imagines, explores and connects people of all ages and from different contexts with art.
The 2026 deadline for applications was in March.
