Grants of £500 are available to national charities, as well as charities in Dorset, for a broad range of charitable causes.
The Edgar Lee Foundation is a Dorset-based grant-making charity that was originally established to make donations to various charities and scientific research institutes. It now makes donations to local charities, national charities and projects across a broad spectrum of charitable causes. Charities working in the areas of health and disability are often supported by the Foundation.

Applications may be made at any time in writing. The Trustees meet on a regular basis to review requests for grant support.
