The Albert and Elizabeth Clark Charitable Trust

Herefordshire-based the Albert and Elizabeth Clark Charitable Trust makes grants, generally up to £10,000, to UK registered charities, societies and institutions, including educational and religious organisations for the following purposes:

  • The advancement of education
  • The advancement of religion
  • The relief of poverty
  • The relief of sickness and distress, and
  • Any other charitable purpose beneficial to the community

Please note that many grants are focused on charitable organisations active in Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire, together with a few grants to national organisations.

The Trust also supports local charitable organisations by advancing loans to them at competitive market interest rates.

The Trust does not have a website.  Further information is, however available in its Charity Commission entry.

The Trustees agree the grants to be made at their meetings which are held twice each year. 

Applications may be made at any time in writing.
