Grants are available to UK registered charities working in the UK and/or overseas in the areas of
- The education and development of young people.
- Supporting young offenders and those at risk in order to assist their participation and inclusion in society, and
- Supporting and protecting the physical and mental health of people with cancer, dementia and/or physical and mental disabilities and their families.
The Trust’s charitable more specific objectives are:
The relief of financial hardship, either generally or individually, of disadvantaged young people aged up to 25 living in the UK or abroad by:
- Providing recreational and leisure time activities in the interests of social welfare, designed to improve the conditions of life of young people.
- Providing support and activities which develop the skills, capacities and capabilities of young people to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.
- Advancing the education of young people.
- Relieving unemployment among young people.
- Assisting in the rehabilitation of young offenders to enable them to integrate back into society, and
To relieve the physical and mental sickness of people with cancer, dementia and physical or mental disabilities and their families and carers.
