Revenue grants of up to £2,000 are available to UK registered charities whose work supports Christian ministry and benefits their local community in the UK or who are working internationally on larger projects that support the Christian ministry.
While matched funding isn’t essential, the Trust is more likely to favour applicants that have sought and secured funding from other sources prior to applying, particularly if they can evidence that at least 50% of the total project cost is covered by matched funding.
The Trust will take the following factors into account when reviewing request for grant support.
- For work within the UK, the Foundation tends to give to smaller charities where the contribution makes a significant difference.
- For work based overseas, the Foundation tends to give through larger, more established Christian UK registered charities, or through charities where they have a personal connection.
- Preference is given to projects where the apparent need is great and the potential scale of the impact is substantial, and
- Projects which spark interest and passion are favoured.
Applications may be made at any time. Further information, guideline, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and an online Eligibility Quiz can be found on the Trust’s website. Charities must complete the online Eligibility Quiz before being considered by the Trust for grant support.
