Now 6 years old, the Gigglemug Charitable Trust is a family-based discretionary grant-making charity with the disposition to award grants to a wide range of charitable causes both in the UK and overseas. Grants are normally for £3,000 or less, with the occasional higher award.
Applications to the Gigglemug Charitable Trust can be made via the Ludlow Trust Company’s Funding Enquiry Gateway, an online portal, launched in September 2023 to provide an efficient link between the charitable trusts and grant making foundations that it manages and charities that are seeking funding.
Once applications are matched via the Gateway to any of its 275+ charitable trusts, the timeframe for decision making on those applications is at the discretion of the trustees.
