The Ardwick Trust is a small, discretionary grant-making Trust which awards a substantial number of very small grants (averaging £200) annually. Its principal areas of interest are medical causes and the relief of poverty, although charities working in many other fields are also supported working in the areas of:
- Cancer care, including many hospices
- Children and young people, particularly sick and disabled children
- Community Transport
- Disability
- Elderly
- Jewish causes, and
- Medicine
