The David Pearlman Charitable Foundation is a family-based grant-making charity with its offices in London.
The Foundation’s charitable objectives are:
The advancement of religion in accordance with the Jewish faith.
The relief of poverty, and
General charitable purposes.
The Foundation generally awards grants against the following categorisations:
- The prevention and relief of poverty
- The advancement of education
- The advancement of religion
- The advancement of health or the saving of lives
- The advancement of citizenship or community development
- The advancement of the arts, culture, heritage or science
- Any other charitable purpose
Awards can range from under £10,000 to £250,000. Most awards of over £10,000 were for charities with a national significance.
