A discretionary grant-making Trust that generally awards grants of under £2,000 for a wide range of charitable purposes. Charities that meet the following objectives of the Trust tend to be favoured:
- Charities whose work is considered useful by the current Trustees.
- Charities who make effective use of the donations they receive, and
- Charities in which the settlor was interested.
A wide range of charities are supported, particularly those working in the areas of health, education, the arts and music.

The Trustees usually meet at least annually to review applications for funding and agree donations.
Applications may be made at any time in writing.
