Grants between £500 and £5,000 for UK registered charities that are assisting disabled, disadvantaged, neglected and abused Jewish children aged up to 18. Funding is available for projects within the UK, Israel and in other parts of the world.
Jewish Child’s Day was founded in 1947 to give Jewish children and their families in Britain the opportunity to help children in Europe whose lives had changed dramatically in the aftermath of the Second World War.
Grants are provided towards the purchase of small or medium sized equipment. Organisations providing medical, educational, therapeutic and humanitarian aid, respite care, protection, and poverty relief to children and young people in need are regularly supported.
Funding is not available for capital projects, general running costs or individuals.
End of April, end of August and end of December annually.
