The Trust focuses on funding small community projects that support the advancement of education, community development, human rights, environmental protection, conflict resolution and reconciliation.
The trustees meet twice a year to review applications, in February and August.
Deadlines for submissions are either January 31st or June 30th each year but if a request is urgent, small donations can be made between meetings. Grants are usually between £250 and £2,000.
They tend not to support large organisations with turnovers in excess of £500,000.
