A limited number of small grants, usually for under £1,500, are available to registered charities. Charities working in Somerset are favoured, although this is not exclusive.
Street, Somerset-based, the Roger and Sarah Bancroft Clark Charitable Trust makes grants to charitable organisations including those working in the fields of:
- Quaker causes.
- Heritage.
- Social Relief, and
- Educational Establishments for Post Graduate education (the Trust no longer accepts applications directly from individuals for general financial hardship or educational purposes.)
