The St Austell Brewery Charitable Trust supports local people, charities and good causes within the brewery's trading area, which covers 160 communities across South-West England, from Land’s End to Bath. (Pubs in Bath and North East Somerset are Moorfields; Locksbrook; Hop Pole; Griffin; Salamander; Marlborough Tavern; Hare and Hounds in Bath and The Rising Sun in Pensford).
Projects should focus on community, health, and hardship support and be in an area in which the brewery has a pub (a ‘Find a Pub’ search function is available on the brewery’s website).
Over a third of the Trust’s donations go to small local groups and individuals, providing help with the purchase of specialised equipment and services and aid to those in need.
To apply for a grant from the Trust, submit a detailed email or letter outlining your request.
The Trust accepts applications all year-round from local charities and individuals across in the South-West region.
Further information about the Trust is available on its website.
