We’d like to know what you think about our Libraries, Information and Advice Services. The services are based at:
- Bath Housing, Welfare, and Advice Services
- Bath Central Library
- Keynsham Library, Information and Advice Services
- Midsomer Norton Library, Information and Advice Services
What we’re asking
We want to find out how you use our services and get your suggestions for the future. This will help us understand what you’d like us to offer, do more of, or do differently, so we can give you the best possible customer experience.
If you complete the survey, you’ll have the option of entering a prize draw for book tokens worth £50.
Who we’re asking and why
Our Libraries, Information and Advice Services are for everyone across B&NES, so we want to hear from as many people as possible. That's whether you’re a regular visitor, haven’t been into one of our places in years, or have never been at all.
By filling out this survey you’ll help us understand what you, our customers, need and want, so we can make sure our services develop in the best way for you. Following our previous surveys in March 2022 and September 2023, we’ve implemented lots of things you asked for, including:
- more seating in our libraries
- drop-boxes for out-of-hours book returns
- more activities and events
- re-opening the café at Keynsham
How to respond
The survey runs from Monday 1 June 2026 to Saturday 13 June 2026. You can respond online and it will take around 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
