What We Do

- First chats: We talk with you to understand your needs and how we can help.
- Advice: We give clear advice in ways that suit your needs.
- Short-term help: If needed, we can arrange quick support to keep you safe and well.
- Equipment: We check if tools or tech can help you stay independent.
- Connections: We link you to other groups like the Community Wellbeing Hub for extra help.
- Next steps: If you need more help long-term, we’ll pass your details to the right team. They’ll get in touch to plan a time to talk.
