Bereavement Services welcomes anyone who feels the loss of a loved one at Christmas to join them for a Christmas Memorial Service. It is to be held on Sunday 14 December at 3pm at the Hilltop Chapel at Haycombe Cemetery, Bath.
This special service provides an opportunity to honour those who have died and make them a part of our Christmas. There will be traditional carols and a time to reflect in a warm, welcoming environment.
Everyone will have the chance to write a name or message on a tag, which will be provided, and these can be hung on the Christmas tree, before lighting a candle for a loved one. Complimentary refreshments are served following the service.
Those attending are invited to send in a photograph of their loved one, which will be displayed during the service on our screens. Please e-mail the photo by Monday 8 December to cemeteries_crematorium@bathnes.gov.uk or bring it in to the office so that we can scan it for you. Strictly one photo per deceased person please.
The service will be webcast live, and re-released for a further 28 days a few days after the service for those who are unable to attend in person.
