Give feedback on day services in Bath and North East Somerset

We are inviting feedback to help us review how adult social care day services support people across Bath and North East Somerset. This includes support provided in buildings and in the community.

Who we are asking and why

We want to hear from:

• people who use day services
• people who have used the services previously
• families and carers

By sharing your views, you will help us understand what is working well and where there may be opportunities to improve how we deliver support.

This will help to make sure that support works well for the people who use it.

Drop-in sessions

We will be holding drop-in sessions during the consultation period so that people can find out more about the proposal, ask questions and get support to complete the consultation.

Sessions will take place on the following dates:

Monday 13 July

1pm to 2.30pm – Connections, Orange Lounge, Frome Road, Writhlington, Radstock BA3 3LL.

5pm to 6.30pm – Join the Microsoft Teams meeting online.

Tuesday 14 July

10.30am to 12pm – Carrswood, Rose room, Cleeve Green, Twerton, Bath BA2 1RH.

1.30pm to 3pm – Join the Microsoft Teams meeting online.
