Grants up to £10,000 to registered charities in England and Wales with a turnover of less than £250,000 for this particular fund.
The aim is to support projects that improve the quality of life of individuals and families, particularly in disadvantaged areas.
It has a broad view of what quality of life means and the range of ways in which quality of life can be improved. They will look for interventions in places where people and communities are suffering multiple disadvantages and target giving in the gaps between state provision and the commercial sector.
Their next small grants application window will run for one month, opening on 1 December and closing on 31 December 2025.
The Trust will seek to invest in well run organisations, making grants to charities able to articulate the difference they will make (either through a formal Theory of Change or by answering the application questions). Also, with a track record of doing good work or with a fantastic new idea, and who file their accounts on time and can demonstrate good governance.
