The Charity makes a limited number of grants to UK registered charities working in the UK and/or overseas in the areas of veterinary research, veterinary education and to charities currently working in the veterinary/animal fields.
The Serth and Gates Charity is a London-based grant-maker with a focus on befitting:
- Veterinary research
- Veterinary education, and
- Charities that are currently working in the veterinary/animal fields
The charity will also occasionally award grants to other specific charities, not necessarily operating in the veterinary field, that are known to the trustees.
Please note that the Charity does not have a website. Further information is, however, available on the Charity Commission website.
The trustees state in the annual accounts that they have considered all relevant factors and see no reason as to why the charity cannot continue to operate as a going concern.
