The Pawprint Trust

This is an annual grants programme with a deadline in March each year.  It offers grants from £50 to £1,000 for individuals, charities and/or other organisations for children and young people aged 11-25 in the UK for recreational and leisure time activities that develop their skills, capacities, and capabilities, and enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.  In particular, the Trust wants to help fund a young person’s “adventure of a lifetime”.

Funds are limited only by the total funds available.  Grants are normally for between £50 and £1,000, although they can be higher in exceptional circumstances.

This is a small Trust which usually receives between 100 and 200 applications annually.  Less than 10% or all applications are successful.  Details of projects the Trust has previously supported can be found on the Trust's website.

To apply, download the application pack and complete the application form.  Applications submitted between 1 January and 31 March annually will receive a decision no later than 31 May each year.  The Trust will review all applications when the window closes and decide how the funds will be distributed.

Further information and guidance is available on the Trust’s website.
