The Milligan Foundation was set up to support good causes providing a wider, philanthropic impact in the places where Milligan Ltd is delivering regeneration alongside its partners.
A fund has been set up for Bath and Weymouth where they are undertaking projects. This is now open to applications from community groups, registered charities, social enterprise or community businesses (ie not for profit).
The fund offers grants of between £3,000 and £6,000. A total of £20,000 is available in this round for projects in Bath and Weymouth.
The areas of focus for the fund are:
- Arts and culture
- Animal welfare
- Education and employment
- Climate and nature
- Food action
- Mental health and wellbeing
- Neighbourhood
- Physical health and sport
- Poverty and homelessness
- Sustainable consumption and production
The beneficiaries should be one or more of the following:
- Asylum seekers and refugees
- People experiencing discrimination
- People affected by homelessness
- LGBTQIA+ people
- Older people
- Young people
- Economically disadvantaged people
- Disabled people
- Women and/or girls
- Men and/or boys
- Ex-offenders
- Armed Forces veterans
- People not in education, employment or training (NEET)
The deadline to apply is 16 October 2026.
Successful projects need to be delivered by 31 May 2027.
