The Maximus Foundation UK

Small grants, normally for £2,500, are available to UK registered charities and not-for-profit organisations nominated by an employee of Maximus UK.

Maximus UK is a major provider of health, employment, and disability support services, operating across the UK to help people find work and manage health conditions.  As a key partner to the UK Government and Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), they deliver assessments for benefits like PIP and ESA, along with employment programs like the Restart scheme. It is also a partner to around 50 charities and socially conscious organisations, providing flexible services that prioritise human connection.

The Maximus Foundation UK is committed to helping people in need. Its focus is to support charities that help disadvantaged people and make a real difference to people's lives through:

  • Health
  • Employment, and
  • Community development

The Maximus Foundation UK provides grants of £2,500 to charities who are nominated and voted for by Maximus UK employees.

Maximum UK has its main office in New Broad Street, London.  It also has regional offices in Leeds (West Yorkshire), Leicester (Meridian Business Park), and East London.  Other significant locations are Birmingham, Bradford, Bridgend, Cambridge, Cardiff, Crawley, Exeter, Glasgow, Manchester, and Newcastle.

The trustees select charitable organisations from the nominations made by employees to receive grants. Organisations that meet the Maximus Foundation UK objectives are selected and awarded to support them in delivering their services across the UK.
