The Trust generally provides grants of between £500 and £2,000 to registered charities working in West Berkshire, Gloucestershire, London, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.
A wide range of charitable causes are supported, including the arts, education, health, museums and the relief of poverty.
The Trust usually awards around 100 grants each year.
The Trust does not have a website or an application form. Applications may be made at any time in writing.
