The Kobler Trust

Generally, small grants under £1,000 are made to UK registered charities for general charitable purposes.

In recent years, the Trust has tended to support charities working in the areas of:

  • The arts.
  • Children and young people.
  • Hospices, and
  • Jewish causes.

Please note that the Trust does not have a website.  Further information is, however, available on the Charity Commission website.

The trustees have stated that there is a reasonable expectation that the Charity has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.  The trustees intend to continue providing grants in a similar way to the recent past but retaining flexibility as to the timing and scale of grant making.

Applications can be submitted to the trustees by UK registered charities and are considered on a regular basis, both at Trustees' meetings and between meetings.  Applications should be in writing and incorporate full details of the charity for which funding is requested.  Acknowledgements are not generally sent out to unsuccessful applicants.
