An annual grant programme that offers children and adult hospices in South-West England and South Wales:
- Grants of up to £25,000 per annum (although the typical grant value is £10,000 - £15,000 over a 12-month period)
- Unrestricted funding
- Multi-year grants up to 3 years
- Renewable grants for continuation of funding, and
- Light touch reporting
The Foundation has recently removed its £20 million annual income cap for its Hospice Care programme.
Hospices should check their eligibility using the Eligibility Checker in the first instance.
