Small grants, generally for under £10,000, are available to registered charities in England providing social care services for the elderly.
The Francis Winham Foundation awards grants to registered charities in England that provide for the social care of older people. The Trust will consider applications from a wide variety of organisations and is a regular supporter of hospices.
Grants tend to be for less than £10,000, with the occasional higher award. There is no specific requirement for matched funding. Grants are not made to individuals.
