Grants of up to £500 are available to charities, community groups, sports clubs, and social enterprises in Somerset to cover the cost of food and/or festive activities for isolated people between December 2026 and January 2027.
The programme opened to applications on Monday 21 September 2026 with a closing date of 5pm on Wednesday 28 October 2026.
A total grant pot of around £20,000 is available.
